By accessing flatglade.site or purchasing access to any course offered by Flatglade Codex (the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the “Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Subject to these Terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the courses you purchase for the stated access period. You may not share credentials or redistribute course materials without permission.
4. Purchases and Refunds
Prices are listed in USD. Taxes may apply. Unless otherwise stated, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase and before completing more than 25% of a course.
5. Acceptable Use
- Do not reverse engineer or attempt to bypass access controls.
- Do not upload malicious code or engage in abusive behavior.
- Respect intellectual property and attribution requirements.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, including text, code examples, and trademarks, is owned by Flatglade Codex or its licensors and protected by applicable laws. No rights are granted except as expressly stated in these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, excluding conflict of law rules. Venue for disputes will be the courts located in San Francisco County, California.
